I really appreciate your blog and listen quite frequently. I am a non-owner CFO of a $50MM specialty contractor which went through an ownership change in 2019. I was considering passing this video to my ownership team to help drive home the contrast of them as “former employees” to owners. Plus I thought you might be interested in this for a topic.
